YFood Tech week ran from Monday 0th May to Friday 24th May 2019.

YFood, the House of Food Tech, is on a mission to drive innovation in the food industry using technology to solve global food issues affecting us all.

Delegates joined Heather at 1600 in The Oval Space, London where she talked about her VBites Venture companies in:

“Pitch The Start Up”

Prior to this VBites, Heather’s pioneering award winning vegan food company served a delicious, plant based lunch for 200 - 300 delegates from the food industry ranging from tech start ups, retailers, hoteliers and investors. The menu included VBites fish steak in a toasted ciabatta with handmade lemon and dill vegan mayonnaise. VBites Mega burgers with all the trimmings! 

Food is one of the most important and biggest economies in the world, and technology is the biggest enabler and driver for generating a global and positive impact.
