On July 3rd 2019 Heather attended the ‘Leadership Lunch’ at Seaham Hall. Over 100 guests were invited who were Chamber members employing between 50 and 250 members of staff.
Other speakers included Judith Doyle CBE (the Event Series Sponsor) and Julie Digman (Relationship Manager).
Heather then visited Gateshead College to talk to students about their future aspirations and opportunities.
The whole ethos at Gateshead College is to give students an ‘Employment Edge’ – a combination of qualifications but also the real skills you need to get on in business or working for yourself – self confidence, creativity, resilience, a hunger to create your own opportunities.
