Heather was part of plant based, animal loving, environmental impressive line-up of speakers at the Viva! Vegan Festival in London on Saturday 16th Sept, which included the world record breaking British marathon runner Fiona Oaks and Viva!’s founder and director, Juliet Gellatley.
Speaking about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and overcoming adversity, Heather’s insight into the world of veganism and ways of helping carnivores to transition with VBites faux meat, fish and dairy products was just one of the many inspirational speeches given, along with the many attractions that the Viva essential Vegan event of the week had to offer.
The festival also boasted more than 160 stalls of delicious food.
Heather speaking to a full house for an hour in the main conference room, covered many thought provoking subjects. This was followed by a very popular Q&A session.
Juliet said: 'The festival is a fantastic way of bringing people together and showcasing the benefits of a vegan lifestyle. Regardless of dietary choices we want everyone to come along and see just how wonderful vegan food can be.'
