The aim of the Sustainable Foods Summit is to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues.
Heather delivered a keynote speech on the growing importance of plant based foods.
Why should we should move towards plant-based alternatives to meat and dairy products and what are the health and environmental benefits of doing so.
Heather closed the first day of the summit on 13th June at 17.30 with her inspirational talk.
