Heather was invited to give a 30 minute keynote talk at the ‘Bread & Jam’ Festival held at the Institute of Directors in 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED on Thursday 3rd October 2019 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Heather’s keynote is titled ‘It’s not what you think.’
In her keynote, Heather discussed the journey her international vegan food company has taken including the highs and lows. Heather also gave her view on whether the rise of veganism and plant-based diets are fads or new opportunities. Finally, Heather combined these topics into an explanation of her VBites Ventures; how she can work and invest with plant-based businesses.
Previous speakers have included the founders of Innocent, Graze, Green & Blacks, Rebel Kitchen, Planet Organic, Pearlfisher, head of food at Ocado, CEO of Vita Coco, the editor of the Grocer and many others.
